Questions
Is it free?
Yes. Your first 7 days are unlimited. After that, you get 10 free sessions every month, for as long as you like. A one-time $4.99 license unlocks unlimited sessions and full recaps.
What are recaps?
A summary of your week, every Monday, and of your month, on the 1st. It shows how long you focused, your best day, the times you focus best, the wins you wrote down and what distracted you most. The free plan shows the totals and your focus chart; a license shows everything.
Do I need a Mac with a notch?
No. Without a notch, the timer sits at the top of your screen and works the same way.
Which browsers can it block websites in?
Safari, Chrome, Arc, Brave, Edge, Vivaldi, Opera, Chromium and Helium. macOS asks for permission once per browser. Firefox isn't supported.
What happens when I open a blocked site?
The tab shows what you're working on instead, or closes if you turn on auto-close. Blocked apps are hidden, or quit if you prefer.
Does Intent collect any data?
No. There's no account and no analytics. Your sessions are saved on your Mac, and you can export them anytime.
Will it slow my Mac down?
No. It uses about 0.2% CPU during a session, and almost nothing when you're not in one.
